Time Off

Balance Between Work & Life Is Important To Your Success!

Paid Time Off

Looking for an opportunity to work for a company that gives you time off? In your first year of service, you will receive Paid Time Off (PTO) on your date hired. PTO is for employees to use when they take time off work for vacation, sick time, and/or personal time.

Full Time Employees

Employees who are hired to work 40 hours or more per week will receive Full Time PTO hours.

New full time employees are awarded up to 90 hours of PTO. The PTO hours are prorated based on the month in which the employee is hired as noted in the chart below. In the years thereafter, employees will receive PTO on January 1st of each year. The award is based on years of service.

Part Time Employees

Employees who are hired to work less than 40 hours per week will receive Part Time PTO hours.

New part time employees are awarded up to 56 hours of PTO. The PTO hours are prorated based on the month in which the employee is hired as noted in the chart below.

Seasonal Employees

Employees who work seasonally will accrue one hour for every 30 hours worked per week; with a maximum accrual of 56 hours per week.
