Curtis Lumber offers a variety of window services designed to make your new window project go smoothly, before and after. From assembling large window walls to responding to a warranty issue, you can count on Curtis Lumber to get it done right, the first time.
Installation Program
Curtis has partnered with some of the area's top contractors to offer custom Andersen
window installation. Simply call our toll free number, 1-800-724-9663 x1353, and talk
to our installation coordinator. Curtis Lumber will then send a trained professional to
your home to start the process.
What to Expect:
1. We will come to your home, at your convenience, and show you all the options
available from Andersen Windows.
2. We'll talk about the issues you are having with your old windows and walk you
through our complete window replacement and installation process.
3. Your replacement windows will then be custom built and installed by our window
installation professionals.
4. Once your windows are built and delivered, it typically takes only one to two days to
have them installed. We will schedule an appointment that fits your schedule.
5. Our window installation crews will respect you and your home, as well as carefully
vacuum the window area and clean your new windows at the end of installation.
6. You can sit back and relax, your new windows will help reduce your energy bill and
look great!

Andersen Windows Warranty Service Program
As an Andersen Circle of Excellence dealer, we are proud to offer after-sale service
through Andersen Windows' Dealer Service Network. The dealer service network allows
an Andersen-trained, Curtis Lumber employee to perform Andersen Window warranty
service.
Our on staff dealer service network employees coordinate in-home warranty work including
ordering the parts, scheduling jobsite visits, and installing the replacements
(within the first two years).
Our services include:
- Service on warranty issues within 7 days of receipt.
- Expedited ordering of replacement Andersen Window parts
- Labor included on sash or panel replacement within the first two years.
- Help to deal with concealed damage and missing parts when service is required
Our DSN and the Andersen Windows warranty does not cover problems caused by
improper installation. Visit the Curtis Lumber near you for help with your Andersen Window
warranty problem. Our Dealer Service Network covers all Andersen Windows,
whether or not they were originally purchased from Curtis Lumber.
